Bilingual Auditor

**Position: Auditor & Accounting Supervisor**

**Location: Remote**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST**

**Salary: $32.000 - MXN 40.000 depending on the experience**

**Visa: USA Visa is a plus**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a bilingual Auditor & Accounting Supervisor (Spanish-English) to join our team. This role requires a proactive, independent professional with excellent client communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee attestation engagements, setting scope and tracking progress.
- Guide and support audit staff, ensuring compliance with audit programs.
- Research relevant regulations, prepare clear findings, and draft audit reports.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain confidentiality.
- Oversee client engagement timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coach and mentor staff, fostering growth within the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Fully Bilingual, English - Spanish
- Disponibility to work in the United States for training purposes
- Proficiency in advanced flow and audit software.
- Ability to manage deadlines and evaluate staff performance.
