**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
- Ideally 5 years of experience in automotive industry (cooper wiring, extrusion, plastics or other materials)
- 3 years as Industrial Performance/Continuous Improvement Position in a manufacturing environment (automotive sector is desired)
- IATF 16949 Certification
- PPAP, APQP and PPV, PV, PPAP, SOP knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing certifications are desired
- Continuous Improvement Techniques
- Efficiency projects implementation
- Problem-solving tools knowledge
- Mathematic mindset
- MS Office proficient
- Schedule availability
- Availability of travel
- Visa Laser and passport
- Bilingual English and Spanish
