Sourcer/coordinator

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights and talent insights for the client.

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases.
- Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools across Mexico.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and projects.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
