General Ledger Management

1.Implement the Group’s financial management policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.

2.Responsible for the company’s full-cycle accounting, ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.

3. Reconcile company bank accounts with bank statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.

4.Perform reconciliation between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

5.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company.

6.Support internal and external audits by providing required data, original vouchers, and documentation.

Tax Management

1.Implement the Group’s financial management and tax policies, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of tax accounting and tax filings.

2.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax accruals (corporate income tax, year-end VAT carryforward, and other taxes/fees, excluding routine VAT transaction processing); assist in preparing tax filing materials and completing online tax declarations and payments.

3.Review tax-related accounting vouchers to verify the authenticity, completeness, and compliance of recorded transactions.

4.Prepare reports and relevant documentation for annual corporate income tax reconciliation and assist with the filing process.

5.Liaise with external tax agents to ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements.

Main requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or any other related business and economic majors.
- English and Spanish (MANDATORY REQUEST)
