Global Billing Analyst

**Position overview**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing, issuing and sending invoices.
- Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Reviewing billing queues to ensure the billing of all sales.
- Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
- Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
- Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.

**Specific knowledge and skills**
- Excellent English communication and written skills (a must)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Completed degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Knowledge in SAP
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable or accounts payable department is a plus. Revenue recognition experience and Customer service, also a plus
