Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree completed (not students because is a full time job)
- Financial and/or accounting bases
- English 100% (oral and written)
- Database Management
- Advanced Excel management
- Management of Power BI (desirable)

**Responsibilities**:
Support in activities of conciliation and validation of key information, which streamlines and the processes in charge of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, jointly achieving the assurance of reliable and accurate accounts receivable. Their functions will be aimed at potentiating their skills and knowledge to develop in the workplace.
- Consultation in Bancanet and capture of bank deposits in Unify.
- Reconciliation of weekly schedule vs Rentrak.
- Reconciliation of total income billed at the end of the film.
- Validation of percentages billed by circuit versus negotiated terms.
- Updating and maintenance of the General Customer Database
- Administration and Control of digital files: Customer registration documents
- Administration of detailed ballot of independent exhibitors.

**Salary**: $13,000.00 per month
