**Experiência**

En proyectos de Oficinas Corporativas 500 a 1000 m2 de Construcción. Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 años en coordinación y/o supervisión en proyectos pequeños/medianos en areas civil, arquitectura y/o acabados, y ademas haber realizado actividades administrativas. Deseable haber supervisado estructura metálica e interiores corporativos.

**Funciones Principales**
- Encargado de supervisar, coordinar, y reportar el desarrollo de las actividades de ejecución de la construcción del o los proyectos.
- Deberá generar documentos administrativos como: estimaciones, solicitud de facturación, altas de proyecto, tramites internos con el cliente, etc. Asi como el seguimiento de los mismos. Esto incluye area legal, compras, administración, etc del cliente.
- Revisará, Definirá y Coordinará a los involucrados para resolver situaciones no planeadas y/o previstas para el desarrollo de las actividades del proceso constructivo del proyecto.
- Deberá mantener actualizada la bitácora de obra, incluyendo notas de desviación, incumplimientos, incidencias, compromisos y logros, relacionados a la ejecución de las actividades del proyecto.Brindará apoyo al equipo administrativo del cliente para el seguimiento del control financiero relacionado al avance del proceso de construcción, así como también reportara cambios, deductivas, complementarios y/o aditivas para el correcto seguimiento.
- Validará estimaciones de empresas que se encuentren así cargo.
- Realizará y documentará revisiones, liberaciones y/o incidencias antes, durante y posterior a colados, instalaciones, colocaciones y/o habilitados de cualquier actividad durante el proceso de construcción del proyecto.Deberá llevar el Control documental (minutas, reportes, control de carpetas digitales y físicas de todos los documentos del proyecto) de su área en todo momento.
- Deberá mantener a su superior informado del avance del proyecto, riesgos, pronósticos y costos, en las áreas que le fueran asignadas.
- Deberá asegurarse y dar seguimiento al correcto cumplimiento de los estándares de Calidad.
- Generará reportes de avances semanales / Mensuales para el Cliente.
- Deberá dar el correcto seguimiento al programa del proyecto y control de desviación en el tiempo.
- Así como también elaborará planes de mitigación, estrategias de avance y/o planes de logística eficientes para el desarrollo de las actividades durante la ejecución del proyecto en conjunto con su Líder de Proyecto.
- Deberá entender las expectativas del Cliente, alcance, y programa para las tareas asignadas, a través de la comunicación con su Líder de proyecto.
- Deberá mantener a su superior informado del avance del proyecto, riesgos, pronósticos y costos, en las áreas que le fueran asignadas.
- Se encargará de las entregas sustanciales y benéficas a/ los Clientes en conjunto con el MEPSe encargará de las entregas de proyecto a/ los Clientes/ equipo de operación en conjunto con el MEP.

**Conocimientos Adicionales**
- Paquetería Office
- AutoCAD
- MS Project así como su seguimiento, Llenado de Bitácoras de Obra.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
