**The Position**
- As an IT Tester at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Support test documentation and execution by assisting IT and Line of Business (LoB) stakeholders in managing requirements, user stories, test plans, and reports using tools like Azure DevOps.-
- Ensure quality and traceability by documenting test activities, enforcing entry/exit criteria, and maintaining alignment between requirements and test outcomes.-
- Identify and track defects, collaborating with project teams and vendors to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during various test phases. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying cross-functional opportunities and risks and supporting knowledge sharing across teams.**Qualifications**- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.-
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, stakeholder management, data analysis, system implementation, and testing.-
- Advanced English proficiency.-
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
- Desirable experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.**About the Department**
