**P**o**s**i**t**i**o**n **S**u**mm**a**r**y**:
Support to perform the release studies for the assembly equipment, process improvement and innovation, Technical knowledge sharing through employee trainings.

**S**u**p**e**rv**is**o**r**y R**e**s**p**o**ns**i**b**ili**t**i**e**s**:

- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

**Responsibilities**:

- Support for Equipment commissioning and start-up.
- Support for studies to release Equipment (GRRs, CPKS, Strain and Paint test, etc) according to customer requirements and Harman Guidelines (Global and local)
- Support Equipment new requirements implementation (testing, implementation, documentation and standardizing).
- Implementation of PM routines (cleaning and verification of life cycle) for SMT Peripheral and purchasing of spare parts related.
- Support to make problem solving according to the requirements of engineering department least likewise involves other areas in the realization of these. (E.g. non conformities from customer or internal Audits)
- Participate in the production floor boards to give and receive feedback
- Attend all courses scheduled and approved the assessments.

- Bachelor degree in Automation, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent,
- Computer and basic knowledge (PLC Programming, C+ code or similar, Office: Project, Excel, minitab, Solid Works, Autocad, etc.)
- Networking and computer systems knowledge.
- Continuous improvement skills.
