Scheduling Coordinator

We are hiring a **Scheduling Coordinator** who will be responsible for meeting customer commitments and ensuring that the customers perspective is the driving force behind business decisions.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Will work with the team and immediate supervisor to assess options for schedule improvement when an easy solution cannot be achieved.
- This role will play a critical role to improve our customer experience by working on anticipated potential misses on our schedule and adjusting customer orders when needed.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives on existing processes and to eliminate waste.
- Give an excellent customer Satisfaction to all our clients, internally and externally
- Be a contact point between MFG and Order Fulfillment on sales order clarifications, urgencies and potential escalations.
- Data Analytics on existing processes to measure and improve our KPI´s performance.
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Relations, Engineering or related.
- Excel proficiency: Medium to advanced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
**Preferred** Skills and Competencies**
- Proficient with an ERP system.
- You are capable to use different Lean Office tools, for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data and independently solve problems and/or lead well defined continuous improvement initiatives/projects of moderate scope and complexity under limited supervision.
- You are analytical and proactive with strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- You got strong organization, communication, and management skills within team and cross-functionally.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Able to adapt to changing business needs.
- You are a proactive person; you are a team player and embrace challenges.
