**What will you be doing?**
Transformational change agent who leads the Agile & DevSecOps transformation for PepsiCo's IT CTO group. This role combines their knowledge of SAFe with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes through DevSecOps. They play a critical role in successfully implementing SAFe, which improves the way people work to deliver solutions that help PepsiCo grow and be more efficient. This role should be an expert in SAFe and DevSecOps and be able to coach people efficiently and effectively at every level, including up to SVP. This role must be able to directly and indirectly hold people accountable for accelerating the Agile & DevSecOps transformation within CTO, which is a global team of several thousand people and multiple programs.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- 5+ years experience providing Agile (SAFe) and DevSecOps coaching to people, teams and programs
- 3+ years experience launching and implementing a successful SAFe agile transformation at the enterprise, sector or functional level
- 3+ years SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Teams and Excel). Must be highly proficient with PowerPoint
- Azure DevOps or similar tool for managing work (e.g. Kanban boards, queries, reports and dashboards)
- Miro or similar tool for digital collaboration
- DevSecOps principles and best practices
- Zoom
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or similar preferred)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Experience designing and implementing an agile transformation, including launching agile release trains
- Experience leading an Agile and DevSecOps transformation for a large (several thousand people) international shared service team
- Ability to effectively influence diverse people around the world
- Ability to directly and indirectly manage people
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Strong influencing, facilitating, coaching and leadership skills
