Technical Skills:
+ Advanced English, Level B2 or above in CEFR, ascertainable through Certification or Internal Exam.

+ Teaching Experience of at least 2 years.

+ Didactic Material Development

+ Familiarity with Digital Platforms related to Students' Databases

+ Microsoft Office skills required

+ Scheduling and Staff Shifts oranization

Soft Skills: + Oriented to Costumer Service + Leadership + Strategic Problem Solving + Strong sense of Responsibility and Commitment + Open for Traveling (Desirable) + Group and Staff Handling & Building + Excellent Personal Image

Main Duties: + Creating and Updating Information Reports about several aspects of the Venue. + Organizing and Mantaining an adequate Staff Scheduling + Scouting and Interviewing Prospects + Ensuring an appropriate Customer Service in regards to Reservations, Class Development, Problem Solving and Continuity. + Team Building, Motivation and keeeping a high morale within the Academic Team. + Holding Periodic Committee Sessions with Administration and PPRR in order to idnetify and solve areas of opportunity. + Keeping Records of Beginning, Development and Culmination + Event Organization and Execution + Training and Re-training the Academis members whenever needed.
