OVERVIEW:
Supporting the project team during development. Q-Responsibility for the product during series production (e.g. sign of PPAP/PSW/Problem solving together with customer). Ensure that quality and safety measures (according to Control Plan including Special Characteristics) for the product and processes are identified and collected with respect to the stakeholders requirements. In case of deviations make sure that appropriate corrective actions are taken. Assurance of Lessons Learned..

EXPERENCE:
Manufacturing related Quality activities till G90 and maintenance activities after G90 (see STAGES/RASI)

Active communication with customers as Stellantis, GM, Cummins

Responsible to support IATF / BASC / CT PAT / ISO 14001 / VDA / BIQ, OSHAS and any government or external regulations

Responsible for supervising Quality Inspector and Failure Analyst/Quality Technicians.

REQUERIMENTS

Bachelor in engineering

ENGLISH ADVANCED
- Core tools implementation
- SAP
- Statistical skills (Minitab, excel, MSA, CPK, SPC)
- Problem solving skills (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- IQ system for PFMEA and CP
- BIQ (GM)
- PIS report (Stellantis)

'At least 3 years experience in the automotive industry in a variety of functions (QM, QE, PM, Group Leader in Production). '

Specialist or Expert of minimum 5 products or processes in series production.

Experienced in a Quality Role with the minimum size of 6 different methods (e.g. FMEA, Review, Risk, 8D, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP) in the last 3 years.
