Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Position tasks / Responsibilities**
- Attract, select, and hire the best talent to work in our main businesses and areas, using tools and processes aligned with the best practices in the sector.
- Generate reports, projections and strategies based on deep analysis based on data.
- Lead the development of Talent Acquisition metrics and dashboards, to facilitate decision-making.
- Promote the use of sourcing/recruiting processes and tools, by raising awareness and developing our leaders.
**Minimum Experience Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience of business recruiting experience with established success in corporate recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English.
- Talent attraction using social media networks, strategic sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
**Desirable Requirements (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs
- Experience recruiting tech positions.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
**Academic Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
**Skills Assessments**

- Excellent analytical skills.
- “Can do” attitude with the creativity to solve problems.
