Desarrollar sus proveedores, buscando siempre asegurar las mejores condiciones de compra
1. Atender solicitudes de compra por parte de clientes internos
2. Buscar y seleccionar proveedores
3. Evaluar el mercado
4. Negociar con proveedores
5. Elaborar y mandar OCs a proveedores / Monitorear respuesta y entrega del material y/o servicio
6. Alcanzar objetivo de ahorros del Departamento
7. Entregar a tiempo material o servicio requerido por clientes internos
8. Elaborar y mantener al día reportes de compras
9. Dar soporte a Gte. de Compras
10. Conocer y entender los documentos del SGC aplicables a su área y trabajar acorde a ellos Siendo el representante del propietario del proceso SP04 en la planta; como tal, en su perímetro:
11. Identificar los riesgos inherentes a su(s) proceso(s)
12. Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y la eficacia del proceso impulsando los indicadores y explotando los resultados de las auditorías internas
13. Revisar y actualizar si es necesario los procedimientos e instrucciones para dominarlas
14. Analizar los gaps cuando no se cumplen los objetivos y definir las acciones correctivas y de mejora, así como los objetivos operativos del Departamento
15. Preparar la parte que le corresponde en la revisión por la Dirección y garantizar la presentación
Sistema ERP Plataforma BeST, Negociaciones, Saber analizar y resolver problemas, conocimientos en herramientas LEAP (5S, PSM, HSE), conocimiento de la metodología 8D
Ingles fluido
2 años de experiência en área de Compras, idealmente en la industria automotriz Documentos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad
