WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

On any given day you will collect and analyze sales data, web traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Use analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau and other sources to obtain insights about customer behavior and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and development levers to improve website navigation, usability and aesthetics. Perform A/B testing and user experience (UX) analysis to optimize customer conversion and retention. Stay abreast of industry trends and competition in sporting goods e-commerce. Carry out comparative analyzes to identify areas of opportunity and keep our company competitive in the market.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience data analysis, preferably in the field of e-commerce/ retail industry or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into tangible actions
- Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Nice to have: SEO strategy expertise
