**About the role**:
Base22 is looking for an **Enterprise Web Solution Architect** who will join the Solutions and Sales Engineering area.
The Solution Architect leads the planning and architecture design of world-class enterprise web solutions for new and existing clients and is responsible for the estimation and planning of such solutions.
*This is a hands-on role*
**This is a full-time remote position located anywhere in US**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Architect, estimate and plan the delivery of world-class digital experience solutions for new and existing clients.
- Supervise the delivery process once a project starts, and ensure the implementation does not deviate from the proposed design without a clear understanding and acceptance by stakeholders.
- Support the business development team in business and technology discussions with key stakeholders among Base22 clients, from operative staff to C-level executives.
- Support the business development team by preparing marketing and sales materials for business audiences that clearly explain complex technical features and platform advantages.
- Support the business development team by preparing and conducting functional demonstrations of flag products and platforms for new and existing clients.
**Required skills**
- A successful track-record as a solution architect, systems integrations architect, or as a lead in web design, software engineering or IT solution implementation efforts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering and maintaining solutions on web content management platforms with thousands of content items and media assets, including publishing workflows, content search and analytics features.
- Experience designing solutions that serve thousands of users on enterprise platforms such as Liferay DXP, HCL DX, Oracle Cloud Content and Experience and Oracle CX.
- Experience working with and managing remote teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- Native or advanced English language.
