ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

**The team you will be a part of**:
**This role in summary**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Responsible for Recruiting Coordinators and executing providing support as a recruiting coordinator within the region.**
- ** Collaboration with Recruiters for Professional Staffing, Hiring Managers, Interview teams and HR Operations.**
- ** Conduct Pre-employment Screenings, including background checks.**
- ** Coordination with Vendors and Onboarding teams.**
- ** Support with administrative tasks**
- ** Process mapping, creation and maintenance.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- **3 or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, project management**:

- **Proven experience coordinating logistics and projects involving multiple stakeholders**:

- **Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.**

**Strong Verbal and written communication skills.**

**Exhibit strong customer service orientation.**

**Advanced English skills**

**Preferred skills and experiences**:
**Preferred Prior experience in Recruiting Coordination for Enterprise Companies**
- ** Prior experience Leading Recruiting Coordinators or Administrative Support.**
- ** ATS knowledge. Success Factors Tool Plus.**
- ** CRM knowledge. Eightfold a Plus**
- ** Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously**
- ** Portuguese Language skills a Plus.**
