**We're looking for a highly experienced engineer to join our team in Guadalajara**

**This IT Engineer position will be responsible for the operational and engineering support for all technologies supported by the Enterprise Collaboration Team. These technologies include but are not limited to: SharePoint Online, Exchange, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Azure Conditional Access & Cisco IronPort.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- ** Identify and develop SharePoint solutions that improve employee experiences, productivity, and effectiveness.**:

- ** Design, build and maintaining business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform.**:

- ** Advanced engineering support of all Microsoft 365 (M365) services and related technologies including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Azure Active Directory.**:

- ** Centrally administer and monitor configuration and use of SharePoint Online.**:

- ** Support Cisco IronPort SMTP relay infrastructure and associated custom filters.**:

- ** Proactive monitoring, alert and reporting for systems, backups and conduct operational / system recovery when necessary.**:

- ** Support of corporate security standards for mobile devices (Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune and SOTI) and AD account security with Azure Conditional Access/MFA.**:

- ** Work closely with security functions and features to ensure compliance.**:

- ** Lead efforts to plan, engineer, and design solutions.**:

- ** Manage ticketing queue for escalation support of technologies supported.**:

- ** Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.**:

- ** Centrally administer and monitor configuration and all M365 services.**:

- ** Identify opportunities for process improvement, evaluates current and emerging SharePoint, Teams and Office 365 technologies; recommend solutions and best practices to leadership.**:

- ** Oversee effort to implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems hardware/software.**:

- ** Provide 24x7 production as part of an on-call rotation.**

**What We Are Looking For**:

- ** Advanced English Skills**:

- ** SharePoint Online advanced administering for design, permission controls and reporting/analytics;**:

- ** Design through build experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions;**:

- ** Intune/Endpoint Manager or other MDM solution experience;**:

- ** Microsoft Active Directory, including GPO services;**:

- ** Ability to create and willingness to share technical and procedural documentation;**:

- ** Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills;**:

- ** Ability to multi-task and track the status of multiple projects and issues;**:

- ** Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.**

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$46,341.67 - $79,016.
