**Requirements**:
**A. Education and experience**
- Bachelor's / MBA (preferred)
- English level C1 - C2 (Oral and Written)
- 5 years of work experience in planning and allocation
- ERPs.
**B. Required skills**
- Shows attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English.
- Competent ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
- Competent ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to model customer-centric behaviors that lead to outstanding customer experiences.
- Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
- Strong data and excellence skills are a must.
**Responsibilities**:
- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or templates, to determine personnel or material requirements or material priorities.
- Request and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Arrange delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to speed material flow and meet production schedules.
- Consult with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss necessary changes.
- Review production schedules when necessary due to design changes, labor or material shortages, delays, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
- Consult with store personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures.
- Get quotes from outside vendors for manufactured items.
- Schedule work assignments and make work orders with external vendors and manufacturing manager Keep track of expiration dates.
- Monitor work-based hours and report to project and operations managers.
- Follow up on quality discrepancies with external vendors.
- Work with Engineering to finalize drawings.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports or as requested by management.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Distribuir calendarios de producción u órdenes de trabajo a los departamentos.
