**Principales funciones del cargo**:

- Velar por el cumplimiento de las materias de Seguridad y Salud del equipo del proyecto.
- Supervisión y coordinación de ingeniería multidisciplinaria, brindando apoyo a la construcción.
- Desarrollar negocios y establecer relaciones con clientes.
- Responsable de la gestión general del proyecto y planificación del mismo.
- Programación, gestión de recursos, elaboración de propuestas técnico-económicas y cumplimiento de los objetivos críticos del proyecto.
- Dirigir y coordinar las actividades de licitación, negociación y ejecución de un proyecto de varias disciplinas de ingeniería, procura y apoyo a construcción.
- Coordinación directa con clientes minero, contratistas, proveedores y otras partes interesadas.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos internos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en las actividades que desempeña, entre otros.

LI-ML1
- Titulado en Ingeniería, Administración de la Construcción y/o un campo relacionado y acreditado.
- Experiência gestionando proyectos mineros.
- Project Manager con más de 8 años de experiência en industria Minera gestionando proyectos de $0.5+ millón de USD.
- Deseable con experiência en proyectos EP, EPCM o EPC.
- Debe tener la capacidad de manejar de manera efectiva una gran variedad de asuntos relacionados con proyectos constante evolución que la tierra, el medio ambiente y la energía presentan a los clientes en los sectores de infraestructura, minería, petróleo y gas, manufactura y energía.
- Certificación de Project Management Professional (PMP) preferido.
- Manejo de software relacionados a la especialidad.
- Nível de inglés que le permita comunicarse efectivamente de manera oral y escrita.
