**Accountabilities**:

- Lead Mexico’s Innovation and Sugar Reduction agenda, from ideation to lessons learned. Working with both PepsiCo’s and the Bottler technical and commercial areas to define the projects paths, timings, costs and KPI’s
- Mexico’s strategy alignment to guarantee innovations are according to business overall strategy and 3YP, complementing mother brands and marketing plans, always being consumer centric
- Lead Innovation and Sugar Reduction agenda gatherings with all cross functional teams creating key spaces so that all key project’s input is exchanged
- Working with key areas (such as Ops, Insight, Finance, R&D, etc.) within PepsiCo and the Bottler to analyze best consumer centric Innovation and Sugar Reduction projects for Mexico BU in terms of consumer, operational, financial, regulatory aspects
- Propose a strategic point of view which considers all areas’ input and considerations
- Tend to Mexico’s P&L, always looking for financial benefits for the BU and constantly reviewing initiatives financial viability with Financial team
- Cross functional team work to guarantee best consumption occasions and pack process strategy for all innovations, always in accordance with Mexico’s revenue interests
- Ensure a strong communication and alignment with the Bottler to guarantee focus on Innovation and Sugar Reduction initiatives and results
- Seek regional synergy, sharing experiences and learning with other BU’s and, Mexico being the only market create, export big bet initiatives
- Propel an innovation regional team fully integrated and cooperative to boost reframe and breakthrough programs regional export
- Guarantee timely Innovation and Sugar Reduction launches
- Follow up Innovation and Sugar Reduction concentrate to guarantee availability for bottler in a timely manner
- Lead Mexico’s Stage Gate process presenting projects performance and evolution to the Council
- Analyze and Track Innovation and Sugar Reduction KPI’s to evaluate overall compliance

Qualifications:
**Experience required**:

- University Degree (business administration or related)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Inn, Commercialization, Management, Mktg
- Developed and successfully execute innovation programs; PMO
- P&L Understanding
- Worked on a cross-functional team
- Franchise model expertise
- Negotiation and leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Excel & PowerPoint Advanced Knowledge
- Fluent English language
