**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
- Experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical business.
- Experience with XML and HTTP protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help partners in their tests by providing consultation, delivering solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points.
- Assist clients in the adoption of new products, upgrades and migrations. Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
- Manage the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
