Materials Mgmt 3 This position is responsible for providing operational guidance and monitoring operational excellence. Need to have the ability to mentor employees at all levels and develop specialized work teams. Important to had experience working with Oracle ERP. Current Projects: - Training the warehouse team on transaction, flow and policies. - Developing buyer training to facilitate the onboarding of new team members. - Training Material Managers on key metrics for validating and reporting operational excellence. - Assisting with complex issues, such as the reconciliation of material transfers for Schneider. - Supporting the 1st PI for the Guadalupe training team on transaction processes, addressing knowledge gaps among employees familiar with the process. - Providing guidance on compliance processes for the warehouse. - Acting as Purchasing Manager in the absence of human resources at the Guadalupe site. Upcoming Projects: - Monitoring PEX Purchasing execution. - Monitoring I/O reports from various sites, including training sites on projection creation and underlying logic. - Validating data integrity in purchasing and planning systems. - Implementing "smart purchasing" to enhance the speed of the purchasing process.
