El **NextGen Data Engineer** es un programa de semillero diseñado para recién egresados y jóvenes profesionales con formación sólida en áreas analíticas y tecnológicas. Nuestro objetivo es formar a la **nueva generación de expertos en ingeniería de datos**, combinando aprendizaje intensivo con participación real en proyectos estratégicos de gran impacto.

Objetivo del puesto

Desarrollar, capacitar y proyectar a jóvenes talentos en la disciplina de **Ingeniería de Datos**, a través de la aplicación de metodologías, herramientas y tecnologías innovadoras que fortalezcan las capacidades analíticas y de gestión de datos de la empresa.

Perfil buscado

Carreras afines:

- Licenciatura en **Físico-Matemáticas**:

- Ingeniería en **Sistemas Computacionales**:

- Ingeniería **Industrial** (con enfoque en análisis de datos, procesos y optimización)

**Requisitos**:

- Egresados recientes o con máximo **2 años de experiência laboral**.
- Conocimientos en programación (Python, SQL, R u otros lenguajes afines).
- Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
- Nociones de estadística, álgebra lineal y probabilidad.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura técnica).
- Mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y disposición para aprender en entornos cambiantes.
