Join Uline’s dedicated and driven Finance team as a Tax Analyst, supporting the business with tax analysis and data interpretation.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Provide interpretation of tax rules and regulations.
- Analyze tax information and reports for correct tax compliance.
- Perform monthly Tax account reconciliations.
- Actively engage and work closely with other department members to identify and develop improvements to reporting metrics.
- Identify and suggest changes to management using analytics to support recommendations.

**Minimum Requirements**
- **Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**
- Bachelor's degree **required** - major in Finance or Accounting **preferred.**
- 2+ years Tax experience **a plus.**
- SQL and Excel experience **a plus.**
