TE Connectivity's Health & Welfare Teams provide or coordinate employee-related health and wellness programs, including medical care, medical screening and health education. They may manage the company's internal employee-oriented medical activities including medical leaves of absence and individual employee health records.

**Funciones-Responsabilidades**
- Atención de consultas médicas al personal.
- Cumplimiento legal en materia de salud y seguridad.
- Seguimiento a los reportes e investigacion de accidentes en sitio.
- Contestacion de ST-7 y ST-9 IMSS, y seguimientos a ST-2.
- Elaboración de analisis ergonómicos.
- Atención a urgencias.
- Crear calendario de actividades dirigida a los empleados con temas de salud personal y ocupacional.
- Seguimiento y control de enfermedades cronicas.
- Control de inventario de medicamento.
- Examenes médicos de admision.
- Seguimiento al programa del Personal Ocupacionalmente Expuesto (POE).
- Auditorias a cafetería.
- Administracion del personal del área médica.
- Reportar los accidentes ante la STPS.
- Seguimiento y control a embarazadas.
- Responsable del área de lactancia.
