**Ford Champs**will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As a **Sales Incentives Ford Champ,**you will be responsible of supporting the Contests and Incentive area to achieve their goals of timely process of variable marketing payments through automation and waste elimination

**What you´ll need**:

- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of **Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Administration or other related to Marketing and Sales**:

- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills to present results and plans in a constantly changing environment
- Microsoft Office advanced level and other presentation and data analysis tools (Canva, Access, Alteryx, QlickSense, Tableau, etc)
- Data Analysis’ outstanding skills to obtain meaningful conclusions helping the decision-making process in the Marketing and Sales area

**What you´ll do**:

- Control of monthly and quarterly payments to Demo Units at dealer network
- Review Sales Cancellation Index and Sales Reporting Accuracy
- Invoicing and incentives audit to dealers
- Process miscellaneous payments.
- Process documentation and automation through data analysis tools
