We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Product Management

Principal responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager is accountable for enabling the technical development and run-time operation of products and services within Corporate Functions CTB and RTB teams.

Be responsible for ensuring local and regional delivery of Global and Regional Procurement Operations, Corporate Security and Fusion Support Desk objectives. The role holder will lead various transformation projects in order to simplify / automate / standardize the function’s operations.

Work closely with the Global and Regional Functional leads of each GB/GF to ensure alignment, adoption of standardized support processes and true efficiency benefits to customers and stakeholders.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Build strong partnerships with global partners to add value, extend the traditional model of services and ensure business and regulatory needs are met.
- Support activities designed to motivate the team and third party providers in order to deliver a compliant, efficient, cost effective, timely, high quality service, whilst supporting the management of risks to avoid any operational losses.
- Support the driving of increased productivity and standardization.
- Support communication activities designed create and embed an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
- Operates as a hands-on and highly experienced Technology manager and remains current on technical and professional developments.
- Maintains a business value-led forward-looking view on how technology can be effectively deployed to deliver business value across LAM region.
- Serve as technical liaison to global teams and drive implementations.
- Work with GB/GF Business to ensure all regional demands are captured and effectively prioritized within the GB/GF global portfolio
- Actively collaborate in the DevOps leadership team to ensure consistent processes and practices are maintained across Corporate Functions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of systems supported; providing guidance in the use of technology to meet short and long term requirements.
- Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services supported by the team

**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Over 7 years of project and people management experience.
- Advance English communication skills, to negotiate and drive meetings
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
- Implementation, change management and benefits realization
- Stakeholder and Third Party management experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams
- Understanding of systems design and architecture
- Managed a Software delivery business.
- Desirable experience in Procurement and Protective Security systems
