**Descripción y Requisitos**

We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for developing processes that will maximize Productivity, quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full P& L Responsibility; analyses P/L statements and balance sheets to determine efficiencies and inefficiencies in business practices
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results on production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Achieve financial goals by managing productivity, quality and customer service standards
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a plant manager is required
- P&L management experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Be knowledgeable of finances, safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, demonstrated decision-making and people management skills
- BS degree in Business Management or related field is required
- Results oriented and can meet commitments with proven track record of success and stability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Lean Manufacturing / Sig sigma experience preferred
- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish required
