Los equipos de ingeniería de calidad y fiabilidad de TE Connectivity analizan la capacidad de los productos y sistemas de producción para cumplir los requisitos contractuales y del cliente mediante factores de fiabilidad establecidos. Diseñan, recomiendan revisiones e instalan sistemas de control de calidad, desarrollan y documentan métodos analíticos para establecer la fiabilidad de los productos y sus componentes y realizan análisis sobre la fiabilidad relativa con respecto al coste, la estructura, el peso, la mantenibilidad, la facilidad de producción y la disponibilidad de materiales y equipos. Los equipos externos desarrollan, aplican y supervisan los programas y políticas de seguridad medioambiental de la empresa para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa federal, estatal y local en materia de medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, y recomiendan medidas correctoras en caso necesario. Son responsables de las políticas y prácticas para cumplir la normativa gubernamental aplicable y los requisitos de la industria relacionados con el cumplimiento medioambiental de los productos, la aplicación y gestión de normas y especificaciones técnicas y de pruebas, los programas de control de calidad y fiabilidad que rigen los materiales, el producto y los procesos, lo que se traduce en la optimización del material y la mano de obra, así como el análisis de fallos, la causa raíz, la acción correctiva y la comunicación con el cliente.

- Liberacion de primeros artículos: dimensionales de piezas del área de moldeo, hay que medirlas en base a las características de planos
- Experiência en la Lectura e Interpretación de Planos y estándares técnicos.
- Experiência en validación de procesos de manufactura dentro del departamento de calidad.
- Conocimiento de tolerancias geométricas
- Conocimiento de instrumentos de medición
- Uso de sistema de visión
- Inglés básico
- Trabajo en equipo
- Manejo de Equipo de Cómputo y Equipo de Oficina.
- Programas MS Office: Word, Excel; Power Point.
