**Propósito del Rol**
Apoyar en la planificación, ejecución y monitoreo de proyectos dentro del ambiente de control, asegurando la recolección y análisis de métricas clave para evaluar la ejecución y resultados de los programas.

**Principales actividades**:

- Planificación de Proyectos.
- Asistir en la definición de los objetivos y alcances del proyecto.
- Colaborar en la elaboración del cronograma y presupuesto del proyecto.
- Monitoreo y Control
- Realizar seguimiento a la ejecución de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad.
- Identificar y reportar desviaciones en el avance de los proyectos al Sr. Management
- Métricas y Análisis
- Recopilar y analizar datos sobre el rendimiento del proyecto, incluyendo tiempos de entrega, costos y calidad de los resultados.
- Desarrollar informes periódicos sobre métricas de ejecución y resultados, presentando hallazgos y recomendaciones.
- Comunicación
- Facilitar la comunicación entre los diferentes interesados del proyecto, asegurando que se mantengan informados sobre avances y cambios.
- Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y presentación de resultados ante el equipo y la gerencia.
- Mejora Continua
- Proponer mejoras en procesos y herramientas utilizadas en la gestión de proyectos.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas en gestión de proyectos y métricas
Requirements- Educación: Administración, Ingeniería, o campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos (preferible, pero no obligatoria).
- Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión de proyectos (ej. Microsoft Project, Jira) - Capacidad para trabajar con herramientas de análisis de datos y generación de informes.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados.
- Competencias: Análisis de datos, Gestión del tiempo, Resolución de problemas y Pensamiento crítico.
