IT General Manager - Mexico City (m/w/d)

- To support our future growth around the globe, we are building a new IT Delivery Center in Mexico to extend our global IT department. The IT Office Manager build, leads and develops our IT Delivery team in Mexico-City.**Your tasks**
- Acquire, Manage and coordinate (internal and external) IT personnel for global implementation and rollout projects
The intention is that you build a team with the following example functions:

- Business Consultants
- Software Developers
- Administrators
- Data Analysts
- Support Personnel
- and others n.n.
- Be a strong partner for our business departments and, together with your team, you will ensure the company's developments and operations are running smoothly
- Create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, to grow through challenges, to promote personal development and to provide a home for the whole team
- Work within the scope of Viegas global IT Strategy and operate under the guidance of the headquarter leadership team

**Your profile**
- A successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar qualification is the basis for your tasks
- You have also had several years of professional and management experience in the IT environment and would now like to take responsibility for a branch office
- Furthermore, you are able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- In addition, you are also a charismatic leader who is able to inspire and develop employees
- You are characterized by your analytical, conceptual and communication skills. You handle your daily tasks with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
