**Job Overview**:
10-years min with major contractor or consultant of which 6+ year of experience in predominately
offshore oil and gas. Detailed knowledge industry of 3D and 2D drafting. Working experience in
SP3D management for: 3D modeling, 2D drawing extraction and Smart Sketch

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- The ability to work within a team environment with a minimum of supervision and to Client,
Company, and Industry standards
- Application of Industry standard CAD systems (AutoCAD) to produce 2-D electrical drawings
and 3-D modelling systems, such as PDS, PDMS or SP3D.
- Assist the project Electrical Lead Engineer in management of document (drawing) control
system and drawing production schedule planning (set-up and control).
- Review vendor drawings.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Design / Drafting
from an accredited institution or Drafting in a related Discipline or
equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience with SPEL, AutoCAD and design software packages, SP3D 2D/3D, Smart Sketch, AVEVA 2D/3D
- Cable schedules, cable pulling calculations, cable tray sizing calculations, cable selection & sizing calculations
- Experience with the SP3D, PDMS, PDS 3D CAD system, participate in 3D model reviews
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
