Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Tijuana

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Analyst role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Medical Devise Manufacturing experience
- Great supervisory skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment.
- Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
- Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Engineering or equivalent work experience
- WO management
- Inventory control on WIP & sub assy warehouses
- Materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
- Experience managing staff (Supervisors & direct labor)
- Continuous improvement
- Planning process management
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Experience in cycle counts
- Shipments experience
- Tentative Experience Baan
- English Advanced
