**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and improve workflows in receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns.
- Design and optimize warehouse layout and picking routes to maximize space and productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Implement warehouse technologies (WMS, automation systems, scanners, conveyors).
- Create and update process documentation (SOPs); train staff on new procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Safety, Quality, Transportation).
- Identify process risks and implement preventive actions.
- Lead and manage engineering or cost-saving projects from planning to execution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years in process engineering or continuous improvement roles within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Solid knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
- Strong experience with WMS systems.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools for layout design.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce or retail warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
