**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analyst - HR Data Mgmt Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
- The HR Data Mgmt Analyst has the main responbility of ensure the maintenance of the HR Reporting platform, simplify delivery processes, upskill reporting capabilities, optimize data resources._

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _
Design, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needs_
- _ Ingest new data sources into the production data systems_
- _ Assist with deployment of reporting platform_
- _ Management of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging)_
- _ Manage Relational databases, crossovers, dynamic tables_
- _ Support periodical Reporting and Analytical needs as needed by developing programs and data models_
- _ Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and contiuous improvement _
- _Leverage data model, database, and data governance knowledge to create strong recommendations that effectively measure and hold internal and external teams accountable_
- _ Create, automate, and schedule reports_
- _ Recommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and results_
- _ Serve as a technical expert on in-house business intelligence/data management solutions_
- _ Respond and Manage change request submission of reports and apps_
- _ Provided functional support of Power Apps based tools_
- _ Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot why users are not able to request information, use certain features or receive error callbacks_

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**

Education/Requirements, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study
- Experience managing tools with MS PowerApps, websites with MS SharePoint and workflows with Power Automate is desired and a plus
- Knowledge in SQL and Python is required, knowledge in R is desired and a plus.
- 1+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred
- Adavanced English Proficency is a must
