**Role: Sr System Engineer (Support)**

**Location: Guadalajara & Mexico City (Hybrid)**

**Type of Hire: Full Time**
- Extensive Knowledge of Server administration, Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux
- Storage administration - Pure, Compellent, Infinidat (nice to have)
- VMWare administration, engineering, and operations
- Data center knowledge - servers, storage, cabling. Familiarity with racking and cabling servers and storage devices and network connections thereof
- Back up Administration - CommVault and Rubrik a nice to have
- Monitoring Administration - Logic Monitor
- Ability to work from home.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning/organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent reasoning and research skills.
- Inquisitive, curious, highly self-motivated to learn new business concepts.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues on complex server environments, log tailing, etc.
- Understanding of file system structures.
- FTP/SFTP setup and administration
- Understanding of Change Management process
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring
- Ability to carry projects over the finish line with mínimal oversight.
- Ability/requirement to mentor other more associate team members.
- AWS administration, engineering, and operations
- Azure administration, engineering, and operations
