REPORTS TO: Tax Chief LATAM

The Sr Analyst Tax will be responsible for Analyze and calculate federal taxes for LATAM until the moment of payment, as well as fulfillment of physical obligations for the assigned companies of the company. Integrate information for tax audits, corporate information. Tax tracking in accounting systems, analyze and calculate deferred taxes and federal taxes.

Core Responsibilities:

- Calculating monthly tax returns include Trade Comerce.
- Managing and calculating the VAT refunds recovering.
- Determining income and deferred tax provision to be recorded in books.
- Calculate deferred taxes according to the MEXGAAP and USGAAP bulletins, ETR.
- Calculate current and projected effective rate in accordance with fiscal and financial planning.
- Attend and respond to auditors.
- Comply with fiscal obligations.
- Control of the physical file.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience with Tax laws and/or Accounting - Mexico, Brazil, and/or Colombia
- Knowledge of accounting records and deferred taxes. Audits and procedures with Goverments. Audit with external auditors
- Ideally Diploma or Specialty in TAX
- Specialist in federal, state, municipal taxes.
- English or Brazilian Portuguese - Intermediate
- Spanish fluent or native.
- Office (Mandatory Excel domain)
- Mex GAAP and US GAAP knowledge
