**Descripción del puesto**
Llevar un control y seguimiento de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar utilizando SAP y programas relacionados para consolidar reportes oportunos para el área.
**Responsabilidades**
- Asiste a los líderes de equipo/gerentes en la preparación de métricas.
- Colabora en las auditorías proporcionando registros y documentación de respaldo.
- Garantiza la existencia y el uso de la documentación de procesos y los procedimientos de escritorio adecuados y actualizados.
- Garantiza el cumplimiento de las directrices internas y externas, así como de un marco de procesos estandarizado.
- Genera facturas tras solicitudes inmediatas durante todo el turno.
- Supervisa y revisa el progreso y alerta inmediatamente a la gerencia si se observan señales de alerta.
- Disponibilidad para turnos extendidos/fines de semana durante el cierre de mes.
**Habilidades/Destrezas**
- Se valora el portugués y/o el inglés.
- Alto sentido de urgencia.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en operaciones financieras (cuentas a pagar, cuentas a cobrar, auditoría, contabilidad, catastro, gestión de proveedores).
- Se valoran conocimientos de finanzas y contabilidad del sector automotriz.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Trabajo dinámico.
- Imprescindible el pensamiento lógico.
- La proactividad es imprescindible.
- Orientado al cliente y a la calidad.
- Dominio de Excel (muy valorado).
