The **Ford Champs Program **provides students with hands-on, career-specific experience inside Ford of Mexico.

**Ford Champs **looks forward to providing you with key knowledge and significant experiences for your professional career. Throughout this program, there are many opportunities to gain insight and exposure to our business that will last a lifetime.

**Ford Champs **will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As **Climate Thermal Champ **you will support activities from design and release engineers related with design, development, testing/ validation, and release components such as HVAC modules, Compressor, Condenser, Battery Chiller, Refrigerant Distribution Systems, Radiator, coolant hoses or other thermal system components.
- To be an active student (last 4th semesters) from bachelor's engineering degree in the following engineering disciplines (preferred): Mechanics, Thermal, Mechatronics, Materials or equivalent.
- Proficient written & verbal communication skills (Spanish and English). Ability to perform presentations
- Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, and Results Driven.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics.
- Knowledge of High Voltage components
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies related to thermal components
- Knowledge of 3D/2D CAD software and ability to move, align, modify and freeze components and assemblies
- Ability to work in non-structured environment where creativity and a start-up mentality is encouraged
- Motivation to work in a fast-moving environment
- Knowledge of Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
