**Preferred Qualifications**

The developer will work with talented OAL colleagues to analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new, complex internal systems. The role will work for the OAL Internal Support manager and collaborate closely with the analysts, business contacts, and the larger project team.

**Developer's Essential Functions**:
The Application Developer will join their colleagues in providing high quality implementation solutions and production support.
- Design, develop, test, document, and support
- standard and advanced reporting solutions for management, compliance, data quality, and organizational insight
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Knowledge in development as they will be doing some customization and components development as interfaces with Java, Java Script and SQL
- Research and implement Oracle products that complement the Internal Support solution
- Manage production support new user, and team on-boarding initiatives
- Work with Analysts to design/develop solutions to meet business requirements
- Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards
- Suggest ways to reduce technical debt

**Developer's Qualifications**:

- SQL, PL/SQL or similar query languages
- PHP, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, or similar technologies development experience
- Visual Builder and oJet experience is a plus
- API Integration experience is a plus
- Strong inter-personal skills ability to communicate confidently (both written and verbal communication) with peers and management within technical and business teams
- Familiar with Agile principles and roles. Scrum master is a plus
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to innovate
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
- Able to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
