**About Our Product**
A big challenge for marketers today is managing digital assets for delivery through multiple channels including but not limited to websites and social media. They need to collaborate to create and approve assets, tag them with the right metadata, and then use them to create different customer experiences. Oracle Content and Experience Cloud is Oracle’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution which takes a holistic approach for solving these challenges by aggregating content from multiple sources and providing an intuitive interface to accomplish these tasks. We have web, desktop and mobile apps.

**What will you do as a user experience design lead at Oracle?
**We are looking for a User Experience Designer to help lead one or more of the core feature areas in Content and Experience Cloud. You’ll also be contributing and collaborating with the larger design org defining reusable patterns and extending the design language we use across all apps. You will need to be able to envision how people complete complex tasks in a way that is accessible, intuitive and productive. You will also weave iconography, typography, color, space and texture together in our product. ensure that the final product is easy to use and sell. In addition to that you will be responsible for designing and conducting agile usability testing and evaluating and prioritizing customer feedback.

Achieving this goal requires collaboration with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, Quality Assurance and User Assistance throughout the design process. At each stage, you will be an advocate for the end user while balancing technical constraints when creating accessible, beautiful and engaging user interfaces based on complex requirements and tight deadlines. At the end of the day you will ensure we ship great looking products that are easy to use and sell and are consistent with the Oracle Design language.
- You will dive deep into our product leading the design effort for one or more critical feature areas.
- You will collaborate closely with our partners in product management to understand the customers who use it, empathize with them, and imagine creative ways we can make their work lives dramatically better. You will partner closely with your fellow designers to innovate by designing coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant, state-of-the-art user experiences for our users.
