**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality or Process.
- 2 years of experience in the area
- English 70% spoken

**Essential Job Functions**
- Lean Manufacturing tools experience (SMED, Standardized Work, 5S, etc)
- 6 Sigma/Quality tools experience (Pareto analysis, DMAIC, PFMEA, SIPOC, etc.)
- Basic knowledge/experience on leading multi-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Process/Systems Thinking orientations to analyze gaps in current procedures/processes and proposal of improvements
- Able to know and dominate basic Operational Excellence KPIs like: OEE, FPYR, Scrap, Productivity
- Able to successfully train company members in Lean Manufacturing tools and related methodologies, with sufficient confidence.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams in English

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Aid on PowerBI projects, related on Lean Manufacturing KPIs
- Able to know basic Minitab

**Training (licenses, programs, or certificates)**
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Green Belt as a plus)
- Basic PowerBI
- Basic Minitab
