As a **Business Intelligence Analyst** at Rapido Solutions Group, you'll play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business strategy and decision-making. You'll leverage your strong analytical abilities, data modeling skills, and knowledge of BI tools to help us make better business decisions.
**What will you be doing?**
- Gather and cleanse data from various sources, including internal and external systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop data visualizations and reports that communicate insights to business users.
- Collaborate with Operations, clients, and IT team members to gather requirements and define data analysis projects.
- Implement data analysis solutions and train users on how to use them.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis technologies.
- Collect and integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques.
- Build scalable data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Identify trends, metrics, and KPIs to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and data requests.
- Monitor data integrity, optimize data collection procedures, and adhere to industry best practices in data management and analysis practices.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis
- Expertise with data visualization and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
