**Payroll Sr. Analyst - Temporary 1 year**

**PAYROLL SR. ANALYST - Temporary 1 year**

**Main Purpose**

The main purpose of the role is to process Sales Payroll services leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities ensuring operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Guarantee Sales Payroll portfolio services execution.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation to enhance business processes.
- Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
- Ensure proper execution of Sales Payroll processes through operational team:

- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture incidence information in payroll system
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for Payroll processes
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement

Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Intermediate - Advanced English
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance or related.
- 1-2 years of experience processing the payroll.
- Payroll Software Knowledge: SAP, Kronos, ADP, or similar ERPs.
- Advanced Excel
- Compensation Experience
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.

This position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
