Quality Project Management**-
- Lead new project implementation following APQP methodology
- Develop and maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, control plans)
- Coordinate process and product validations
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs
- Manage quality control implementation in new processes- ** Digitalization and Automation**-
- Implement and optimize automated measurement systems
- Develop digital traceability solutions
- Integrate quality processes with SAP
- Establish real-time data capture systems
- Maintain technical documentation in digital systems- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**-
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards
- Perform statistical process analysis
- Implement predictive analysis systems
- Manage quality databases
- Generate automated key metrics reports- **Continuous Improvement**-
- Lead quality investigations using structured methodologies
- Implement data-driven corrective actions
- Optimize processes through data analysis
- Document lessons learned-
- **What will you need to succeed?**-
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Quality, Data Analytics or similar (preferred)
- Advanced English
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is desirable
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (preferred)
- Scrum Master or agile methodologies (preferred)
- At least 3 years in manufacturing quality roles
- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and automation
- Quality Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC)
- Statistical analysis tools
- Basic programming and database management
- SAP and quality systems
- Advanced excel and data visualization tools
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented
