**Your Impact**

In this role at Equivity, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage with American clients through outbound calls to support and provide solutions.
- Generate leads by promoting our services through effective soft sales techniques.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues while fostering long-term relationships.
- Participate in campaigns focused on generating leads through both soft sales and cold calling.
- Utilize technological platforms to deliver the best support and service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for customer service and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience in soft sales is preferred, with some familiarity in cold calling.
- Preferably experience in a call center environment.
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Shift availability.

**What We Offer**:

- 2 Shifts available: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm / 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mon-Fri
- Salary: $13,000 - $17,000 pesos per month
