Forever Floral is looking for a Creative Associate to join our team.

As our Creative Associate, you will work within our marketing team to produce high quality creative used in digital ads, which a focus on video.

Our fast-growing company has grown to 100+ people in less than 3 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with the right Creative Associate. We currently sell under two brands - Sola Wood Flowers & Forever Floral.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help build a team in your local geography to assist with producing creative assets.
- Work with our in-house marketing team to develop video ads that drive clicks and conversions.
- Assist with rehauling and improving UI/UX across our eCommerce website.
- Organic Social content creation & posting TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube

**Requirements**:

- Able to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video content.
- Excellent with Adobe’s suite of editing tools.
- Digitally-native - comfortable learning new programs quickly.
- Experience managing the creative process end to end whether it comes to photography, videography, motion graphics or photography. You are able to hire, grow and manage a team - end-to-end.
- An understanding of fundamental eCommerce metrics, best practices, and how strong creative drives conversions.
- Previous experience in eCommerce or digitally-enabled direct-to-consumer brands.
- Are able to provide us with references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.
- No issue working 50+ hours routinely. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less.
- Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.
- Able to meet during US hours & would enjoy working for a US-based company.

Compensation is dependent on experience.

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
