End User Customer Support and NW Support Analyst (IT Infrastructure Services)

The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job.

Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of desktop systems.

Responsible for writing documentation to describe existing and new environments, technologies and enhancements.

Assists with writing, testing, and installing packages for software upgrades/patches.

Serves as a top tier desktop support.

Work with offshore teams

Mandatory:
3 years’ experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows7, 8.1,10 &11) in IT Infrastructure function.

Good background supporting MS 365 suite

Must have knowledge of PC hardware architecture

Prior experience in Remote Desktop support

A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Should have good understanding of Microsoft Acrive Directory, DHCP and DNS

Should have good understanding of user profile management

Proficient experience working with iOS operating systems, including updating, backup and reinstalling iOS operating systems and apps for iPhone & iPad devices.

Experience in running operations with ITIL processes

Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent in Verbal, written communication.

Experience in installation, management and troubleshooting of Network and wireless devices.

Proven Customer Service skills

Customer interaction skills.

Good written and oral communication

**Objective**:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes requirements to ensure the system meets performance needs.

Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages.

Assists with desktop/laptop images including updates, patches and performance/process enhancements.

Assists as needed with GPO creation and administration.

Provide level 2/3 desktop/ laptop break-fix support.

Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations.

Coordinate with remote technical team and users for any service request, incidents, technical requirements.

Engaging problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.
